Business strategy
Our business strategy is to attract the best talented and skilled engineers working in the information management field with wide and deep experience and team them up with the most talented 2+ years of experience selected carefully from the market who are graduated from the most reputable universities and education programs and make the very efficient team on both sides experience and cost by blending the experience of the experienced engineers with the abilities and moderate cost of the other team members.
Economic intent
From economic perspective most of the customers are facing an issue in hiring the required talents in house because of the high cost and required expenses to maintain them on the same level across the time. On the other hand when customers hires good caliber engineers freshly graduated and invest on them to educate them and bring them up to speed they mostly tend to leave and join other companies for a higher salary or better benefits.
Economically most of the companies profit loss is wasted in either high salary for skilled people or in training non-experienced people and the mistakes coming from the non-experienced people.
RightHand is solving out this problem for the companies by eliminating the risk of loosing their investments in people and provide them with the required skill set at an acceptable cost by merging the different skill levels as required per task and not per head.
Usually on a skill meter 1-10 there is not a job that requires 100% of the time skill level 10 but it is always a mix between tasks that may need lower or higher skill level than the employee the company has which is leading to one of two things:
- Wasting company resources by assigning the job to an expensive resource
- Putting the business at risk by using a lower skill level employee than required.
RightHand is solving this issue by assigning the right resource to the right task and optimize the use of the resources economically and technically to achieve the lowest possible cost of operation for the customer.
